Shipping & Return
Shipping Fee & Delivery Domestic Shipping:- Blue Nails offers free delivery for delivery within Thailand.
- Customers will be able to trace the shipment from the shipping company website.
- Blue Nails offers customers with 2 DHL delivery options: Normal shipping & Express shipping in which the shipping prices will vary according to the shipment type.
- Customers will be able to trace the shipment from the shipping company website.
- Products can be returned at the store or shipped back to Blue Nails.
- To return by shipping please contact info@bluenails.co and wait for our replied confirmation of return acceptance.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchased or 7 days after the shipment has been received by the customers.
- Sales product purchased are final and are not applicable for return.
- The products could only be exchanged or returned in a perfect condition without being washed or worn with label affixed, the original package and the invoice/receipt.
- In case the product shipped back does not reach Blue Nails or does not meet all the conditions stated above, Blue Nails would not be able to refund the payment back and the customers would have to compensate for the shipment after the refund is refused.
- Refund for the product returned will be processed within 1 week after the products are received by Blue Nails through the method the customers have made the payment.
- As Blue Nails will always carefully check the product’s quality and condition before shipping and the limitation in returning or exchanging the product outside of Thailand, the shipment fee would have to be taken care by the customer.
